So guys, these next few weeks will be different. If you fallow me on Instagram or my Facebook page, you already know that I won't be posting fitness workouts for this last week or next. I have had some biopsies done this week and am healing from the incisions. I can't do much till my stitches come out. So, I will be posting some good healthy/clean eating. Today, I kept it simple and yummy for lunch.
Raspberry Walnut Chicken Salad
3oz Chicken sliced...I throw a few breasts in the pressure cooker with a cup or two of water and it fall perfectly apart
can be rotisserie (they inject with sugar so know that) or grilled
3/4 bowl full of lettuce...organic or fresh grown
1/3 cucumber...organic or fresh grown
9 walnuts crushed between fingers
1 tbsp hulled hemp seeds
sprinkle of raspberry walnut dressing
Mix together real quick and eat all up. Yummy:) Fresh and packed with protein.
